Nsfk id members card help please

HI there , i bought a zepplin badge ( shown on the lutfwaffe section of this forum ) that badge ist seems is a copy but the badge came to me with a blue card document which im guestimating ? ? is original and was the teaser to make me buy the badge !

Could one of you guys let me know what the document is and if genuine what should I put it on the e stand for , german items not my thing , many thanks ,George

Its' a not uncommon "special certificate" for the NSFK group at the MiddleGermany steelworks in Elba. It says he's a member and allows him to wear the NSFK insignia. Looks real to me.

It's about as common as say, a Labour Party membership card from The Leyland Auto factory branch in 1974.
