W-SS RK winner pre-WWII photo!!

Hi guys,

I just got this picture and it is a pretty cool and rare photo. It shows a WSS soldier in civilian clothes, future winner of the KC with LSSAH. In this photo, he can be seen in 1938 while he was stationed in Hamburg (I believe in Langenhorn). Can anyone ID him?

Got his RK in 1944
and also I believe TDB and Panzer Badge...

Sorry, Mark, for submitting such a bad guess. Otto Weidinger, of course, spent his time with Das Reich. That will teach me to not reply to a thread while getting over a bad hangover!!! I'll keep checking this thread to find out the answer about this photo.
