Could somebody tell me what the difference is between a "Bestzzeugnis" and a "Verleihungsurkunde" is?
I know that Bezitzzeugnis is a possession cert and Verleihungsurkunde is an award cert. Are they the same thing and if so why the two different titles. I have noticed that all the Verleihungsurkunde that I have seen are only Luftwaffe. Is that just a coincidence?
