Document Hand Stamps. How does one determine Originality?

I got this stamp thrown in with some stuff as an "extra". I assume it to be a fake Oberkommando stamp. I have seen some stamps at shows, flea markets etc. over the years and always shrugged my shoulders at them. Does anyone collect them? What do you look for?
