Great work - I am sure now my foto was taken during the same event in 1942.

Although I am sure some army-units took part in the 1944 ghetto-uprising, the people shown here look to well-dressed and -feed.

Based upon "WARSAW 1944 - Poland's bid for Freedom" by Robert Forczyk dated 2009

Based upon the picture..I'd say that it's prior to 1944.....plus the Polish Resistance wore "Red & White" armbands

As a note: I own SS-Obergruppenfuehrer Erich von dem Bach-Zelewski's Preliminary Award document for the German Cross in GOLD

Thanks, but Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs-Bataillon 5 was fighting there as well.

You're mixing up two different events
Warsaw ghetto uprising was in 1943
                Warsaw uprising was in 1944

first of all ; warsaw ghetto uprisng was in 1943 !!! rember that !!
in 1944 was WARSAW UPRISING - it was made by Armia Krajowa ( Polish Home Army ) - the polish restitance !!

In Warsaw TWO uprising took place :
                      - 1943 - Jewish Warsaw Ghetto uprising
                      - 1944 - Polish Home Army ( Armia Krajowa) Warsaw uprising
                      Those are two diffrent Uprisings.

DO NOT CONFUSE THOSE TWO UPRISINGS !!

THIS is primary mistake made by any Western citizen - you simply see no diffrence between those uprisings.
                      It is very sad !

You are showing data and units used in WARSAW UPRISING in 1944 NOT Warsaw ghetto uprising in 1943. You confusing two completely diffrent events !

In Warsaw ghetto uprising were used mostly SS and Police units - no larger army units !

And guys on photos ARE NOT POLISH RESITANCE - no one from polish resistance would talk with german soldiers or commanders ! they would shot each other if they would met !

I´m sorry, yes i did confuse the 2. I didn´t know there was a separate uprising by the ghetto in 1943.

Now thats a bit of a exaggeration- there are numerous photographs proving the contrary- one showing Bor Komorowski capitulating to Bach Zelewski comes to mind but there are others. On the other hand "Resistance" was what Stauffenberg was doing. We had underground country with all the trappings of one -including schools, newspapers, theaters, courts, government and the biggest underground army in occupied Europe.
But that of course has nothing to do with the picture in this thread so my apologies
