Any time you moved, you were suppposed to report to the police (or their authority), both leaving and arriving.

Oh well, it was only one Euro i believe, nothing lost.

Can you see whats going on on this specific document? is the guy/girl moving in or out of Berlin?

She is only moving from one residence to another in the same part of Berlin.

The reason for moving was that their former home was devasted by bombs and had to be renewed at first before moving back.
