It' a bad news! I got this doc yesterday from Germany. I will to back send for the seller, if is a fake doc. Write me please, that what problems do you see on this paper? I would like to write these problems for the seller.

The all capitals typing and being signed by an adjutant for the divisional command.

here are a couple of 23rd PD documents as comparison. The "FUER" would also normally have the Umlaut (für) and Simon has made a good point about the all caps.
