Nearly, its Oberstleutnant Udo de Rainville, I can not say much more than that at the moment.

Here we go:

Oberstleutnant Udo de Rainville was the Kommandeur of I Bataillon, Infanterie Regiment 6 since 1937. He fell as the Regiments Kommandeur in 1940.
