More info needed on Dutch Waffen-SS book.

A friend of mine happened on this item. It is a harcover book of A4 size. The first half of the book consists of text as shown below, the next half of full page drawings on the right hand pages with the left hand pages blank. The book was printed in 1941 and signed in 1943. The books was signed in the Netherlands. Can anyone tell what this item is and represents and what the approx market value for the item is ?

This is a nice item. Without the Dutch additions and the inscription, the book as it was originally published in Germany is in the 75 to 125 USD range. The title is not a particularly rare one

But with the SS association, it is scarce no doubt about it. You're probably doubling the value. Condition is important, and from what I can see in the pictures, I don't see a lot of foxing or other problems. You would like to see the text block nice and tight and no problem with the hinges.
