Looks like a real nice quality version to me.

Not seen before by me, but I must say that I am not on the hunt for such books.

I see these occasionally for Hoffman books and some others. I don't know if these were supposed to be presentation copies or just an "upgraded" version people could buy if they wanted to spend some extra money.
