Hello all,

Had This Document a while. However the More I look at the Spelling the more Variations I see, And with out some Kind of lead, I'm lost as to who possibly Signed this as Regiments Kommandeur as Inf Rgt.73 Which Latter became part of 19 Panzer.Any help would be appreciated.

Oberst Konrad Menkel was CO of Schutzen Rgt 73 in 1941, so it is possibly him - I can kind of make out that name in the signature - if I squint a bit!!
