Document help - Medical?

I'm looking for some help regarding this document. It appears to refer to Obergefreiten Weidner's wounds in Sarajevo in January 1945. I'm assuming this document was issued by a light duty unit (Leichtkranken-Abteilung) so his wounds were not so severe.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, the document details he had 1st and 2nd grade frost bite to both feet. Code 33 is frost bite.

It gives personal details such as rank, name, date and place of birth, date of entry into the Wehrmact. Also dates whilst under the light illness Detachment of War Hospital 930.

Similar entries would be found on page 12-13 of his Soldbuch.

Also he was fit for service and discharged as fit for active duty to his Replacement unit.
