Well, time to kick this thread up.
Most of you would have stated for sure that it was a portrait of the HG division. The attached image shows you guys how hard it sometimes is to make a call on the collartabs. The guy on the portraits was (prob) a pilot, etc.
Ofcourse, it could be possible the he was transfered to the HG division later, although that seems unlikely to me.
Well, just thought that it would be nice to let you see this portrait and how deciptive they sometimes can be
