Does anyone know if there are whw reproduction paper items floating around? in particular, stickers and similar items?
i have seen a variety of stickers of christmas trees, mounted horsemen, viking figures, a blond haired/blue eyed warrior, etc. the stickers will have the year (e.g., 1936), and a message in german. (many can be seen on this site by searching whw) they are in color but i have seen some which the colors appear to be "offset" - in which the image is slightly blurred (almost like one were looking at a 3d image - in which the different colored lines of the image are a bit out of line with one another).
in my "unexpert" view, these look authentic (looking at the yellowed back, for instance) but i wonder if there are known reproductions. it could be these conditions are simply anomalies which appear in printing. thank you very much.
