for # 32 and 33 his rack is as follows
1)?
2) Der kaiserlich-österreichische Franz Joseph-Orden (Imperial Austrian Order of Franz Joseph)
3) Das Militärverdienstkreuz (Military Merit Cross)
4) Die Tapferkeitsmedaillen (Gold) (Bravery Medal)
5) Die Tapferkeitsmedaillen (Silver) (Bravery Medal)
6) Militär-Verdienstorden (Military Merit Order (Bavaria)) 3~4th Class with Crown and Swords
7) ?
8) IC 2nd class
Not sure of the first one. or #7. The order is of course correct as foreign awards would be tacked on the end in order of receipt.
The button hole one is some sort of Vet Association if I am not mistaken
This of course would of changed after 1938 if this chap was sill around by then

To TerryG:
"Byterock" made some mistakes with the Austrian soldier posted by You.
First one of the bar:
Goldenes Verdienstzeichen des österreichischen Verdienstordens (Golden merit cross of Austrian order of merit ) - 1. Republik
4th on the bar:
Silberne Militärverdienstmedaille (Franz Joseph I.) am Band des Militärverdienstkreuzes mit Schwertern (Medal for military merit in silver with swords)
5th on the bar:
Bronzene Militärverdienstmedaille (as above, in bronce)
And from the buttonhole:
Heimwehrehrenzeichen vom Februar 1934 "Starhembergvogel" (Austrian civil war).
Greetings,
Peter

1st decoration (from left) is a Goldenes Verdienstzeichen der Republik osterreich (founded 1927, from 1934 on it was called osterreichisches Verdienstzeichen) <o></o>
The 6th decoration is IMHO NO Long-Service-Award- Unfortunately i don't know what it is. <o></o>
The button-whole-decoration is called Heimwehrehrenzeichen 1934 (or Starhemberg-Bird) and not a vets award. The Heimwehrehrenzeichen was issued by the right-winged Heimwehr (Para-militarian Units commanded by Ernst ROdiger FOrst Starhemberg 1899-1956). He joined the Hitler-Putsch 1923 and was among the Nazis as they marched to the Feldherrenhalle, He emmigrated 1937 and lived later 1942-1945 in South-America.) <o></o><o></o>
