Nice photoalbum, but the real good pics inside are division pic which are given to the soldier or could be bought from them and are very often to find.

The two nightcross holder pics which I saw are out from this library.
These pics are made by Dr. Alois Beck who was the priest of the 297 inf. divsion. You also can find these pictures published in the divison history!

The funny thing is, that here in vienna still live two persons who have still left a few hundred pics from each picture you showed use and much much more. But the pics are made before 1945 and the motives are excelent.

But all this doesn´t matters! The pic´s are great and are a very intersting part of military history.

you mean the pics with the cross holder.
thats absolut normal. nothing new. you can bought them in the divison.
it was usual in every unit. oh, be sure, the albums are full with pics never where in books or in publicity before. private pics of reichenau, private pics of the offensive movement of this unit.

pics of wiener neustädter war school or the kfz technische lehranstalt in schlosshof, marchegg and on and on an on
this set didnt need promotion, but thank you! you can find the set in e-stand, if you want.
