Sorry but I think there are a few problems with the document. The biggest one is the Lammerding signature. The bleeding into the paper, the hesitation marks, lack of flow don't bode well, and the letter formation misses several elements of Lammerding's signature. I may be mistaken, but I would be careful with this one.
Best Regards!
In my opinion, this document is a forgery. Adem has correctly identified faults with the signature, but I believe the date has also been altered. The area around the number 9 appears to have been erased and the number 9 subsequently added. Also, the two number 9s on this document appear to have been typed on different machines!
The item needs proper examination to be certain, but on that evidence alone I would not buy it.
Max.
I bought this and one other ($5 ea.) so I could keep them as a reference. I will post the other doc below and also in the fake document gallery.
I'm not sure what is wrong with this next document but I believe the stamp is incorrect and the paper is way to thin. Hope this will show to those who are starting out in documents what to look for. They are bound to get better.
