Name deciphering Sutterlin

I need a little help with the sutterlin.

What is your thought about this name?

I am not sure about the first letter, I am thinking an L or an S?
With the rest, I was thinking about Lientschnig or Sientschnig. they are both last names (looking at google)

The other one is Thomas? Is this correct?

Sientschnig is really an uncommon name. There are only 6 matches in the Austrian phone directory, none in the German

So it an Austrian name? I was also thinking of an Austrian or Chzech name. This is a good start to begin the research with. Is there anyone who knows what would be the best way to find out what happened to this soldier, Thomas Sientschnig?

Looking at the helmet, he didn't survived the war .. The helmet was bought indirectly from a US-vet, who brought it back from Europe.
