Help identifying Heer RKT!

Is it Feig.....few people thinks so

It is very difficult to decide on the basis of 2 thumbnail sized pictures. The first thing I do to find out if persons are the same is to have a look at the shape of their ears. IMO Feigs (left) ear is bigger than that of the guy in the colored photo but this may be due to the poor quality of the images.

There's another thing that strikes me: The medals. In the Wehrpass photo Feig is wearing a ribbon bar with 3 ribbons (1 of them looks like Sudeten Medal), in the color photo there are only 2 ribbons (why would he change that?). In addition to that:
Wehrpass: SA badge, color photo: none,
Wehrpass: Panzer badge (?), color photo: Infanterie Badge...

I believe it is very unlikely that the RKT in the color photo is Feig.
