diplomatic officers

hi guys,

any names for these three gentlemen?......two are in diplomatic uniforms,interesting notes are guy closest to trees is sporting a TURKISH STAR...other officers wears his EKI very high up.

the middle gentleman does not even wear a party lapel pin....non german diplomat?

any info as always will be most welcome.
