Can anyone identify these Generals?

These two pictures (warning, they are big pictures when clicked on) are in a small photo album I have. Basically its these two generals arriving at a building. Notice the SS officer standing in the corner. He gives the HEIL salute in one picture.

The only writing in the book says SKODA Juli 1941

The sign outside of the building has a logo matching the album cover and the sign says Shadawerke.

I wondered who the two german generals are, anyone recognize them?

ID Generals

Hi the General in the bottom pic is=
General der Artillerie Emil Leeb who dealt with
arnaments etc,and probably on a visit to the Skoda
arnaments factory.The other General will look into further.

WOW, awesome identification. The pictures are much better in person of course, I tried to downsize them some for the net. Thanks for the Identification, makes sense for the visit too.

Forum member Todd Gylsen has a pic of the other general and with Emil Leeb's back of the same visit. It was posted quite a while ago and it would kill me to find it.

Let me take a long shot at the other man -- Karl Becker -- Leeb's predessessor at Heereswaffenamt. The Karl Moser was apparently named after him.
