Not just any old flak but a rare Gebirgs Flak 38 by the looks of it. It would have been a fantastic shot had it shown the complete gun

Wow! Great grouping! The Soldbuch, Awards, and most of all personally, the photos! Groupings like these always interest me way more than other things such as weapons or equipment. I have something similiar to yours, but it is to a pionier who was caputed in Crimea.

        Again, awesome grouping!

            Hi Mr. Kuligowski

These photos would be actual photographs, and later, with a small fee, you could have them converted to postcards to send home and such. Some were never sent home. I have a pair from a parade, it would be a good example for you.

(Sorry, my scanner wasn't working properly, so you can't see the entire rear)

The french paper of post 8 is a "laissez passer" ("ausweis") and a certificate of discharge for the man who is discribed as an autrichian who have lost the military service. With that paper, the man could join his home.
The second document is a medical description of his health problem and wound, and also certificate for his liberation of Camp of prisoner.
The two papers are complementar (is it correct english ?).
Sorry for my bad english !
