Maybe someone can assist me here. I found this massive book, called "Keesings Historisch Archief"" at a flee market. It is in Dutch and chronichles the history of occupation in Holland from 1940 to 1943. Does anybody has an idea regarding this work, its rarity and value. Any assistance would be appretiated. Jacques

Took a few seconds to click in but in English it is
Keesing's Record of World Events
Sort of like Jane's but for non technical stuff.
Largely like the others said a reference book for historian and archive types.
Looks like you go the index for 40~43 so for reading enjoyment it would be like reading the reverse phone book or alike.
Now that the these are available on-line looks like someone just chucked the old index away most likely to save space on a shelf.
