1939 Documents ??

Hello, I just picked up a few colour slides and in one, was a color shot taken in 1939, its of two german framed documents, i see the date 1939, but otherwise im not sure what they are.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello Ian.
Both documents are issued to honor the 25 years anniversary of loyal work to a streetcar employee in Stuttgart.
The one to the left is issued by the Deutsche Arbeitsfront ( the 3rd Reich successor to the pre-1933 labor unions) and the right one by the Stuttgart Streetcar Company itself.
