Signature doesn't look terrible, but you're right, some of his prices are a tad high.

asking this sort of money, the pic seems way too small to analyse properly.

Even then, I have always been amazed by signature collectors. With 10 minutes practice even my granny could duplicate a famous signature.
How do you ever know if they are genuine or not ??

        ramcke signature

Well, Ramcke was a diamond winner and is a rare signature.
I have never seen so far a signed portrait photo.

This is just my personal opinion, but that doesn't look a good signature.
It's also addressed to a "Miss" and not a "Mrs."
Check out page 421 of vol.2 Charles Hamilton for a genuine signed portrait.

I have to agree. If the one above is typical of the signature, there are many spots on the ebay example signature that aren't consistent.

                  Max,
one other thing with Fallschirmjager's signed photo. I thought it to be O.K. until I noticed this. I've never seen a Ramcke signature with his initials, H.B., included. There is a nice EK1 doc signed by him in KURTZ's book, German Paratroops. Page 176. No initials.
Much like never seeing Rommel with his initials.
                  Any comments on this thought?

Don't rely on this. I have Rommel signatures with both his first name and his initial. Although it is unusual to see more than one initial, it does happen.
