Anyone out there know any history on this officer? His name was Oberleutnant Oswald Bartsch. He had earned a EKI & II, KVK 2 with swords, KVK 1 with swords. Wound bade black, Kuban Shield and Eastern Front medal. Any information would be great! thanks,Mike
