An invitation to Hindenburg's 80 year old party

Hey people....
Well, ive seen a rare item.....supposed to be an invitation to hindenburg's 80 year old birthday party...

The thing is....it was bought by another person, but i was following his offer
The buyer is in another country, and will not be back for some months, and the seller contacted me telling me this, and asking me if i wanted to buy it....

The price would be: 15,6 dollars

And the item is from 1927
In the cover, there is a photo of hindenburg, and his signature (signature as a part of the photo)
And in the back, there is an inscription

I was wondering if anybody could tell me something about this item
If its an original one, and if the price for such an item is good

I need anwsers as soon as possible if its not a problem, cause i need to tell the seller a "yes" or a "no"
