The Nose Knows: Possible "Nostricular" ID of a WW2 German General?

Bernhard and Glenn: working on photos from the Stogie-Rick Collection, found this one, taken 20 April 1937. Can't see shoulder board details, but from his awards, this is either Oskar Blümm (1884-1951, Generalleutnant 1.4.40) or Baptist Kniess (1885-19??, General der Infanterie 1.12.42) and so as an Oberst commanding some infantry regiment.

I suspect from the tiny little button nose that this was KNIESS, but I have not seen a photo of Blümm.

Could you confirm faces for the Two Rickies from "Die Generale," and let me know what the owner of this teeny li'l snout was doing on Führer's Birthday 1937? (As well as Kniess's death date if him).

Thanks, Rick (copied Photos and Imperial)

(Note: Glenn answered in Imperial, so don't need ID now here)
