I may well be wrong, but that looks like an allied uniform to me (British, US Ike uniform, ?)

Here's a close-up of the uniform. I also thought he could possibly be allied but just wasn't up to date on my uniforms...The more I look at it, the more I think it's an allied image. Just wanted your impressions
