he died for fuhrer and fatherland .etc

Just looked this one out as well, it is a letter to a father from the unit of his son announcing (roughly translated) that his son was killed by a shot to the head, did not suffer, couldn't be buried due to enemy action and had to withdraw. If any German speakers can provide a more accurate translation it would be appreciated!
