Hi guys,

I need some assistance here. I have these wonderful photos in my collection which shows Japanese ambassador Hiroshi Oshima. But who can identify the person as shown in the detailed picture?

PS: Unfortunately, I don't have any other information available as the location and date. None of these photos are marked on the back. However, I wonder if there is more information (perhaps a list) regarding the official visits by ambassador Oshima?

4/ Also an interesting individual is the person on the right (partially visible in photo 2). He wears a Spanish cross, a LW flying clasp (I cannot recognize the type), five place ribbon bar w/ first the EK2 ribbon and lastly the Oct 1938 ribbon w/ Prague bar (I cannot recognize the other three ribbons in between), an IC 1st class and a pilot's badge...
