What branch of the wehrmacht are these fellows

Hello all I recieved this large photo in a small lot from ebay.de and am very curious about it. Are these fellows Kreigsmarine, Coastal artillery, Water polizei, or what? I am planning on putting it on the estand but before I do I wanted to pin these fellows down. Thanks! Mike

Hello Mike.
I believe these two to be Kriegsmarine members of Marinekuestenartillerie (naval shore artillery) or Marineflak (naval A.A. units) . These units usually wore fieldgrey with yellowish rank insignia amd breast eagle. Also note the anchor device on their shoulderstraps.
