I've never seen this picture in a postcard format before.

It was, I'm sure you know, mass produced as a poster.

Without seeing/touching the postcard in person, I wouldn't like to comment on its authenticity. However, I would probably pass on this.

Ramon is the best person to ask on this forum. I would trust his opinion.

Hallo Guys,

I looked closely at these scans and I do NOT like it. The reverse appears to be an amatuerish attempt to appear as a genuine printed card of the time.

I personally would steer clear of this item.

Verlag Carl Köfer in Berlin was at least active until late 1960s. Maybe still in existence today... Don't know if it pays the effort, but you may be able to check to be 100% sure. Is it correct (even if the card is a fake) that this picture is licensed from Robert Sennecke agency, Berlin?
