Linienschiff Schlewsig Holstein Captain Signature - Who is he?

Hi Guys, I have got a book, which has a dedication for good Artillery Shooting result with the Linienschiff Schleswig-Holstein for the year 1926/27 inserted. The dedication is signed by the Commander and the First Artillery Officer of the ship. Does anyone know the full name of either of these men?
