I require the assistance of the forum please.

To identify the Hauptmann who has signed the document?, also to decipher the handwritten text on the back? 21.10.1944

From "Brandenburg Division, Commandos of the Reich" by Eric Lefevre, the Brandenburg Parachute Battalion was created in March 1944 at Stendhal from the 15th Company, 4th Brandenburg Regiment. The newly formed battalion was commanded by Captain Weithoener, the 15th (Parachute) Company was commanded by Lieutenant Oschatz.

However, it seems to me, that neither Weithoener or Oschatz signed the document.

Who was commanding the training camp at Stendhal at the time, maybe they are the signatory?

I am grateful for any advice or help in identifying the signature and reading the text on the back please, thank you.
