Good of you to weigh in on this thread. The card the OP posted as the topic subject appears to be a good card. The overprinted text is the interesting part for which I have no information.

By the bye, Kevin. Although Peters' book is very very good, it is NOT complete in listing all the overprinted VDA Willrich cards. I have several that do not appear in his book. When I have the opportunity, I'll send along a scan or two.
