Both KL and KZ are correct:

"KL" was the official expression first used by the SS and later by all authorities.

"KZ" was the frequently used term in the venacular only.

Today only "KZ" is common.

To me the writing doesn't look like the wartime-german-writing-style.

Question: why would there be a Feldapotheke, when this camp, that worked as a big factory did have its own hospital.
