A french <b>Panhard 178</b> under Balkenkreuz, used by armored recce batallions from 7.Pz and 20.Pz., etc. This one's likely from 20.Pz. (2./Pz.A.A.92, but could be wrong). See my page for "Panzeraufkl&auml;rer", two photos from the same <i>Kompanie</i>.
