Award Doc Propagandakompanie 637

Hello,

i just got in an awards doc for the IC 2nd class, dated 10.10.1939 for a member of Propagandakompanie 637.
The doc is signed by von Reichenau as a Commander ot the 10th. army.

Has anybody seen awards docs for Propagandaunits? Any input of the value?
