Help with number on Ostmedaille doc. please

Hi all,

Maybe you guys can help me out,

i just bought a Ostmedaille with original documents.
The medal was rewarded to a soldier named:

Alfred Brüggestrass

and below his name is something i cant figure out.....it says:

3./b.b.87 (what is this ?????????)

also....in the left hand corner of the document is the following number:

13920 (What is this number ?????)

Please help me out on this on.....

This link gives you a useful resource on German military abbreviations: http://home.clara.net/percy/glossary.htm However B.B. is not to be found. The 3./ clearly indicates the Company number (or, less likely, a troop number) so, perhaps, 3d Company, Bau-Batallion (Construction Battalion) 87 or 3d Troop, Beobachtungs-Batterie (Artillery Observation Battery) 87. My bet is on the construction battalion. Would guess that the five digit number is the unit fieldpost number.
