I got it from the same person who sold me this other one a few weeks ago! Obviously breaking up an album with only cash in mind! Anyway, he tells me this chap is "Komanteur Regiment of Würzburg". Can anyone help with this? Does anyone have any info on this Regiment and who was the "Komanteur"(??).

That's an interesting eagle the soldier has on his cap.

It looks ALMOST like a political-style eagle rather than a "regular" Heer style cap eagle.

Check out 3532 & 3398....I'm sure there are more on this thread....I think they are just an early style cap eagle. Bill
