If you are talking about the last two photos Udet posted they are RAD-Reich Arbeitsdienst.

w petz look att the cap badge i have never seen a cap badge like those before on a rad cap

It is Freiwillige Arbeitsdienst (FAD) which was earlier than the Reichsarbeitsdienst.
