It is definitly a pre-war picture. My guess is 1935 or 1936. Everyone is wearing a transitional helmet, and all the enlisted men and NCO's are wearing either a M-33 or M-34 Feldbluse.They are also issued K-98's which were introduced in 1935. The officers have converted their Feldbluse with the dark green collar which would not have been done before the M-35 Feldbluse was introduced.
