Location of distinctive building question

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can identify the location of this distinctive looking building ? This is from a group of photos related to Pol.Btl.10. Locations include Poland or Russia.

The engraved border on the 'columns' might narrow it down.

The roof might have been dome shaped and is blown in as are the roofs on neighbouring buildings.
