In a luft album : feldpost L37166 this symbol comes very often.

In Italy i think despite the fact it s written Addis Abeba

Looking at the Fpnr the lightning bolts make sense as it belonged to a luftnachrichten unit. Southern Greece/Crete it seems rather than Italy.
