Looking for basic divisional information of the units in the 3rd Panzer Army before the start of Operation Bagration in late June 1944

I am not sure about the unit designation ... I couldn't find a 619.

Is it possible, that you are referring to schw. Pz.Jg.Abt. 519, which was indeed equipped with the Nashorn/Hornisse ?!

In that case, the 2. Kp./s.Pz.Jg.Abt. 519 was under command of LIII. AK. in early June, together with 206. and 246. ID,
and 4. and 6. Lw.Feld-Div. :

Sadly, I have no info where exactly the other companies were deployed, or whether there had been changes until Bagration.
On the 25.6.1944 the HQ-section of s.Pz.Jg.Abt. 519 was near Aleksinichi (~30 km south of Vitebsk, 20 km east of Sianno (Senno),

At the beginning of Bagration, 4. and 6. Lw.Feld.Div. were deployed N of Vitebsk, 246. ID NW, 206. ID East of the city.
Further to the south were 197. ID, 299. ID and 256. ID (the latter 3 all under VI. AK.).

I am not sure whether this helps, but it should give some hints for further research.
