SA Sturmbann help

Hi all,

Is anyone able to tell me anything at all about SA Sturmbann 3, Standarte 117?

I have photo of the unit & I'm curious about it's location, history, etc?

I'm an SS researcher and generally out of my depth in SA, its changes and restructuring would fill a book. SA Standarte 117 was in Mainz and part of SA-Brigade 150 (Rheinhessen).

Only commander I have is an early one: SA-Standartenführer Edmund Diehl (later an SA-Obergruppenführer) who led it from the start of 1932 to late December that year.
