Luftwaffen-kommando3

Dear collector friends!

Please help me with information from Luftwaffen-kommando3.
I can't found this on the Luftwaffe organization. Another Luftwaffen-kommandos can be found (west,südost etc) but this one not.
3 men was in this unit :Generalleutnant Wilhelm HAENSCHKE (nachrichtenführer)
major Erwin Bacsila, and Generalleutnant Theodor Spiess.
On the internet I found document that signed by Spiess as commander of Luftwaffen-kommando3.
Luftwaffen-kommando (Lkdo) 3 was the Lkdo West? Or another?
Who can help me?

According to Barry C.Rosch book on markings.
Lw.Kdo.West.Was fromed from Stab/Luftflotte 3.(9-44)FpN #20736.
Go to Photo-war.com.English version,scroll down to FpN and type #
for anymore details.

(Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Luftflotten-Kommando 3,
(10.11.1944-Kriegsende) 11.2.1945 Luftflotten-Kommando West.
