Recently I became aware of the fact that there was a Tank Commander in the 11th Panzer (Ghost) Division born in Venezuela. His name is Dieter Pfeiffer (or Pfeifer?). This is a picture of him. I have not been able to locate any information about his career and accomplishments in the usual websites. I think he served under Major Karl von Sivers. I would love to find a reference for a book or web site with info. about him.
