Not in Vector Globe.
Not in the 1937 German Atlas

Are you sure it’s a place name? If it was spelled Königsreichsachen it might translate as “Imperial Matters” and have been used as sort of a security classification on documents back in the days of the Kaiser before or during World War I.

I think this is not a German placename.

It should be Königreich Sachsen - Kingdom of Saxony.

The Kindom Saxony endet 1918 when the last Saxon king resigned.
